Dakota Crossing

The project consisted of the construction of the retail building and the interior build out for Dick’s Sporting Goods (49,000 SF – 3 ph 800 amp 480v service), PetSmart (12,300 SF – 3 ph 400 amp 480 volt service), Five Below (9,000 SF – 3 ph 200 amp 480 v service ), and Marshalls (22,500 SF – 3 ph 600 amp 480 volt service). Lighting was designed specifically for each stores by a different engineer. Electrical service wireways were provided for tenant meters and house service in unleased retail space; exterior lighting was provided on all the buildings for a completed shell.
