City View

City View is a 58-unit apartment building and garage at a high point east of the river with amazing views of the Washington skyline. The new construction is one level concrete podium and three levels of wood frame. The new Pepco service is 3000 amps with separate metering from the ground floor to each unit in the building. DES began to rough in the concrete deck in March and completed all electrical and fire alarm work by December, in only 39 weeks. The schedule was critical because it needed to be complete and occupied before the end of the year.
