Kenneth Kuehhas Named DES President; Jim Dunn Retires

After nearly 10 years with the company, Jim Dunn has retired as president of DES. During his tenure, Jim guided DES through many key projects for WC Smith, including The Collective, 250 M Street and THEARC West.

Replacing Jim as president is Kenny Kuehhas. Kenny has been with the company for 15 years, and most recently has been the Vice President of the Service Department and Special Projects Division. Among his projects were the Prince Georges County Police Headquarters, PG County Mall and the Billy Casper Golf Center. He is currently overseeing the installation of electric vehicle chargers in the garages at The Collective and Avec, and with plans to add EV chargers at other WC Smith properties.

Charles (Stu) Warner has assumed the role manager of the service and special projects department. An 8-year veteran of DES, Stu was the general foreman for DES’s work on The Garrett and managed the interior electrical work at 250 M Street.
